FIAT Doblo 06' 1.3 MultiJet 62kw/84hp - Engine long start - 3uga : Coolant temperature is ok. Fuel pressure is 300bar at idle and up to 1100 at full throtle. I don't know the exact specs for thsi fuel pump. I've heard these engines have a common problem with these hard stats.

The 3 pipes on top of the filter are one inlet to supply fuel from the lift pump in the tank one outlet to supply fuel to the injection pump on the engine and one return pipe that returns excess fuel to the tank. Circulating fuel back to the tank also has the effect of cooling it for greater efficiency. You dont need to remove any fuses.
Hi guys, Think EGR is wrecked. Fiat say Diesel Pump Vacumn valve/sensor/something but it feels like the EGR. No power up to 2000rpm when warm fine when cold. Flies like a jet plane (not literally) after 2000rpm. Seems to be worst after holding the revs just below 2000. Happened after stupidly

Interesting situation today. My Doblo at the garage (non-Fiat - a general maintenance garage) and I asked to replace the fuel filter (as I do not like to open the Fuel tank. After some conslutation, the reply: apparently, no fuel filter can be ordered seperately; only as an assembly together with the fuel pump. Costs: Euro 650.
