Same here gtx 980 xtreme oc edition i7 6700k i noticed something though set frames to unlimited turn down the volumetric effects setting to low go to nvidia control panel to the mafia 3 independent settings turn off aa and the game looks and runs better i have everything else maxed btw also side note game is definitely not optimized well my i7 6700k sits at around 40-50 percent usage which is Where does it say SSE4.1 required of the game will not operate ?
